3. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions

All course content, including videos, documents, and strategies, is the intellectual property of CCU.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without explicit permission.

Any unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access without a refund.

Students may not create competing educational products using CCU’s proprietary strategies.

4. Code of Conduct and Mentorship Guidelines

Students must engage respectfully in discussions and mentorship sessions.

Spamming, harassment, or any disruptive behavior will result in removal from the program.

Recording or redistributing mentorship sessions is strictly prohibited.

Punctuality and professionalism are expected in all mentorship interactions.

Any misuse of proprietary strategies or misrepresentation of CCU will be subject to legal action.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified on our course page.

Subscription-based programs may be canceled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

6. Dispute Resolution & Legal Compliance

Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration before pursuing legal action.

The governing law for these Terms shall be Jamaica.

CCU reserves the right to take legal action against policy violations.

7. Liability Disclaimer

8. Termination of Services

CCU reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or terminate access to any student who violates these Terms, engages in unethical behavior, or misuses course materials.

Violations that may lead to termination include, but are not limited to, unauthorized distribution of content, academic dishonesty, harassment of other students or mentors, and fraudulent activity.

In cases where a violation is confirmed, refunds will not be provided for any remaining course duration, and students may be permanently banned from accessing future CCU offerings.

If a student’s access is suspended for reasons outside of their control (e.g., technical errors or mistaken violations), they may contact CCU support for resolution.

9. Modifications to Terms

CCU reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Changes may be made to reflect updates in regulations, platform improvements, or adjustments to CCU’s policies.

Major changes that significantly impact students' rights or obligations will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform.

It is the responsibility of students to periodically review these Terms. Continued use of CCU services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a student disagrees with any modifications, they have the right to discontinue using CCU services, but no refunds will be issued based on policy changes.
